In the First... column:
- Focus indicates that the cursor must be on the field or subfield for which you want to perform the specified operation. A colored border/colored background — blue/yellow in the standard application — indicates the current position of your cursor.
- Highlight indicates that the focus must be in the field or subfield with data, and you have held down the left mouse button to swipe the string of data.
